Thanks to the great passion for nature, the environment and for all these things that we can still define natural and healthy, driven by the desire to do something very innovative, we have initiated the production of Rojo Brillante which is a very special kind of persimmon. This fruit is of extraordinary energy and nutrient value, and although it is of Spanish origin (Valencia), we`ve managed to implant Rojo Brillante in our country - San Michele di Ganzaria. The persimmon Rojo Brillante, is a particular type of persimmon or how we call it - kaki. It`s one of the oldest plants that were cultivated by man, there is a two thosand years history of persimmon cultivating in the eastern part of ASI.
